Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule , please do so with at least 24 hours notice via text or voicemail 07563 822908. If you are running late, please text or call otherwise your appointment will risk being cancelled. I cannot always accommodate late arrivals. Re-booking is at my discretion and may require a non refundable deposit. No-shows will incur a £50 charge. I now operate a zero tolerance approach with time wasters.
